Lake Harmony is a private powerboat lake that permits fishing, power boating (If you want to bring a boat please check with owner as this may or may not be allowed), water skiing, and more. Houses are 5 minute walk to the Lake and 10 minute walk to the Beach on the Lake, or a 2 minute drive. Lake Harmony has a private sandy beach with a lifeguard, a swimming platform, picnic tables and a beach volleyball court. The beach is usually open on weekends starting on Memorial Day and then full time starting around mid June or the summer. House also comes with free access to a tennis court. Golf Cart Rentals Available Pack and Play and booster chair available upon request. Split Rock Resort is only a mile away which features a water park, movie theater, bowling alley. Boat rentals are available on the lake. Maximum occupancy is 29 people. This Lake Harmony Estates location is beautiful, and both houses have second story decks. There are two hot tubs, one is a 6 person, the other an 8 person hot tub. There is outdoor seating, bar set, and gas grills. Both houses have central air conditioning and heat. Both houses have smart TV's and WIFI, and the Stargaze Lodge house has Youtube TV. Layout of Stargaze Lodge: This Lake Harmony Estates location is a beautiful home, with an outdoor wrap around deck, which includes a 6 person hot tub, outdoor bar set and table set and gas grill. The king size master bedroom features a marble steam shower and 46' flat screen tv. The main level features a full bath and two bedrooms with queen beds, as well as a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and modern appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools you need prepare great meals for your family and friends. Kitchen looks out to our great room with large dining and living area with 46' flat screen smart tv and a wood burning fireplace. The house has central air, YoutubeTV and Wifi. At the entry level are two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed with a full size on bottom bunk and a twin trundle underneath, and the other with a bunk bed with a full size on bottom bunk and a twin bed. There is a game area with a pool table, professional foosball table, Pac Man and Galaga 8 game arcade, 3,000 game arcade, and Smart TV, and gas fireplace. Layout of Luxe Chalet: At the entry level there are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom with a queen bed and the other with a full bed, twin bunk bed and twin trundle (total 3 twins 1 full). Also on this level is the game room with the pool table, and living room area. Go through the sliding doors behind the pool table and you are taken to the covered porch with a seating area, hot tub and sauna. Go up the steps to the second level you will enter into the main living room, dining and kitchen area. Past the dining table is a sliding door htat takes you to the second story deck. There are also another 2 bedrooms, both with a queen bed, and full bathroom on this level. Finally, go up to the third level and there is a bedroom with a king bed and a twin, and a half bathroom. Please check with owner for Rates because rate structure on VRBO can sometimes be confusing and rates may be different than shown. Minimum rental is usually 2 nights and if you want to rent a Friday or Sat night, the full weekend rate applies to the second night whether it is a Thurs or a Sunday. Nightly rate is generally an add on to a weekend rental. If you want to rent just mid week, the night rate depends on when you want to stay and how long. Summer weekly rentals are usually Sunday to Sunday, but less than a week is possible if start or end on a Sunday, but depends on when and how long. 3 night minimum for long holiday weekends (MLK, Presidents, Memorial, and Labor) and 4 night minimum for Thanksgiving (Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat nights). - Lake Harmony (beach passes provided) - Split Rock Golf Course - Big Boulder Ski Area - Hickory Run State Park DOGS ALLOWED AT THE STARGAZE LODGE BUT MUST ASK OWNER 25 OR OLDER. NO PROM OR HIGH SCHOOL GROUPS. LINENS ARE PROVIDED BY A LOCAL LINEN SERVICE. THEY DELIVER TO THE HOME THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL. SHEETS ARE INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED AND LABELED BY SIZE. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE BED MAKING SERVICES. TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED, BUT CAN BE SUPPLIED BY THE SERVICE FOR A REASONABLE FEE OF $5.50 PER TOWEL SET (INCLUDES WASHCLOTH, HAND TOWEL, AND BATH TOWEL).
