However, please bear with some of the original design elements and signs of age that reflect its timeless character. Please note there is NO SWIMMING POOL. Minimum 2 nights. Kindly read house rules before booking. The space Pasir Hor Villa is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, making it an ideal sanctuary for family reunions, group getaways, or intimate gatherings. The villa is surrounded by trees so there will be mosquitoes especially evening time, please do prepare repellent spray for own comfort. • FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY For film and photography shoot, please contact host. • EVENT & PARTIES Any sort of parties, gatherings or events are strictly not permitted, the villa is for accommodation purposes only for guests staying. This Villa is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise or any activity that would disturb the neighbors. If it's been reported that there are any parties or events or noise disturbance then you may be required to leave the villa immediately without the remaining nights being refunded. There is a charge of RM500 if any evidence of a party, gathering or event at the villa have been found exclusive of any charges relating to damages or additional cleaning costs to get the villa in good order again.
