Shared Outdoor Amenities Guests at the Broad Street Building enjoy access to a thoughtfully designed common area that’s perfect for unwinding and making memories. Gather around the outdoor fire pit, surrounded by classic Adirondack chairs, for s’mores, stargazing, and late-night conversations. After a day on the mountain, soothe your muscles in the hot tub, or sip a drink at the outdoor bar area, ideal for casual evenings and après-ski vibes. The spacious backyard offers plenty of room for lawn games, lounging, or simply enjoying the fresh mountain air. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc. are not provided. Bed Configuration Bedroom 1: King Bedroom 2: Queen Level / Floor 2 (No Elevator) Air Conditioning Window air conditioning units located in each bedroom and the main living area. Unit(s) operational from Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend. Outdoor Grill The property is equipped with an outdoor grill and a propane tank is provided. If the tank needs to be refilled or exchanged during a stay, propane can be swapped out at a local convenience store in Bethel village. Pets Renters may not have pets, including emotional support animals. No exceptions can be made. Coffee / Coffee Maker Traditional drip coffee maker is provided. Bringing coffee/filters is recommended. Hot Tub Availability (Shared Hot Tub) Year Round Parking Maximum two cars per unit. Driving Distances Sunday River (South Ridge Base) Lodge: 12 minutes (7.2 miles) Bethel Village: 2 minutes (0.5 miles) Generator Property is equipped with back-up power generator. Property is equipped with exterior security camera(s) that record audio and video. Camera(s) are installed primarily as a theft deterrent but may be used to verify compliance with rental policies. Security camera(s) are not continuously monitored and should not be relied on for personal safety. No cameras are placed inside, or with any view of the interior of the property. Camera Location(s): One security camera facing the driveway and one in the backyard facing back entrances.
