Have a fun and relaxing holiday with the whole family in this stylish home on lovely South Funen. The home is located in cozy Troense, with many old protected and preserved houses, with a short distance to beautiful beaches, the forest, and Svendborg's cozy city life. The home has undergone a huge transformation over the last 2 years and is very close to being completely finished. Everything works and there is both a cozy indoor and outdoor environment, with plenty of room for both vacation and play with the family. The space The home consists of a "main house" and a "back house" that are built together with a nice glass corridor. In addition, there is a nice "studio" in the garden with room for at least 4 sleeping people. The main house consists of a lovely kitchen-living room with dining space for at least 10, an alcove and space for socializing in the hammock. A living room with a large sofa, television and fireplace. On the 1st floor of the main house is the master bedroom, with king size bed, children's room with crib for 0-3 year olds and a bathroom with bathtub. The back house has a bathroom with shower and 3 children's rooms and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. The children's rooms have single, single and queen size beds. Guest access The entire home can be used, but not a single locked room. Other things to note It is a requirement that the house is left in the same way as it is received. That is, cleaning, vacuuming, washing floors and dusting and cleaning the bathrooms (thank you in advance😊) Upon request, bicycles may be included in the rental.
