Have a fun and relaxing holiday with the whole family in this stylish home on lovely South Funen. The home is located in cozy Troense, with many old listed and preserved houses, with a short distance to delicious beaches, the forest, and Svendborg's cozy city life. The home has undergone a huge transformation over the last 2 years and is very close to being completely finished. Everything works and there is both a cozy indoor and outdoor environment, with plenty of room for both vacation and play with the family. The space The home consists of a “main house” and a “back house” built along with a nice glass entrance. In addition, there is a nice “studio” in the garden with room for a minimum of 4 sleeping. The main house consists of a nice kitchen-dining room with a dining area for at least 10, an alcove and room for coziness in the hammock. A living room with large sofa, television and fireplace. On the 1st floor of the main house is the parent bedroom, with a king size bed, children's room with a crib for 0-3 years old and a bathroom with a tub. The back house has a bathroom with shower and 3 children's rooms and utility room with washer and dryer. The children's rooms have single, single and queen size bed. Guest access The entire home is available for use, but not a single locked room. Other things to note It is a requirement that the house be left in the same way as it is received. Ie. Clean up, vacuumed, mopped floor and dust and the bathrooms are cleaned (thank you in advance😊) On request, bicycles may be included in the rental.
