Our house is located in beautiful Buchheim, about 25 km from Lake Constance, in an extremely idyllic, quiet, natural location - just right for switching off or as an ideal starting point for activities in the great Danube Valley or on Lake Constance. The lovingly, newly furnished apartment (70 square meters, 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom), occupancy up to 5 people possible, has a fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, dishes..., incl. a fridge with freezer and dishwasher, a cozy living room with TV and pull-out sofa (sleeping accommodation for another 2 people), a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine and hairdryer. From the furnished balcony you can enjoy the Alps, relax, depending on the weather! Of course, we provide dish towels, towels and bed linens (included in the price). Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. We ask smokers to smoke on the balcony. Thank you for understanding. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed. - Price per night for occupancy with 2 people: 85 euros, children up to 2 years free - Price per night for each additional person: 10 euros - Minimum rental period: 2 nights Final cleaning included in the price. The upper newly renovated apartment is completely at your disposal. It is accessible by two stairs, so it is not barrier-free. Other things to note For children there is a public playground in the immediate vicinity (150 m). In the neighboring municipality of Thalheim there is a natural outdoor swimming pool, in the other neighboring municipality of Fridingen an der Donau, a beautiful outdoor swimming pool.
