The space Modern and comfortable apartment in the Morros EOS building with direct beach access, located in Serena del Mar, just 17 km from the walled city in Cartagena's most popular tourist area. Morros EOS in Serena del Mar is designed for rest, where you can enjoy the connection with nature, the sea breeze and one of the most peaceful and relaxing beaches of the dream city in Manzanillo del Mar. The apartment is located on the sixth floor of the Morros EOS Building in Serena del Mar. It offers all the comforts for up to four people: • 1 double bed with a trundle bed. • Private bathroom in the master bedroom. • Smart TV. • Air conditioner. • A living room with a sofa bed. • Utility room with sink; we do not have a washer or dryer. • High-speed Wi-Fi Internet and DTT. • Equipped kitchen with all appliances. • Digital lock. • Door handles are required in order to enter the building. Amenities included in the apartment: • Shower and beach towels for each guest. • Hand soap in the bathrooms upon check-in. • One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom at the time of handover. • Garbage bag. • Dishwashing soap and sponge provided upon check-in (replacements at the guest’s expense). Guest access: The building features a family pool, a children's pool, a lap pool, a Jacuzzi, a Turkish bath, a fully equipped gym, direct beach access, a playground, private covered parking, elevators, 24/7 security, and open waterfront spaces. Ideal for families with children, couples or working groups. Pools close on Tuesdays for maintenance. To use the common areas such as jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna and gym must be reserved upon arriving at the building at the reception, where they will tell them how to do it using their identification number. The direct exit of the building leads to “Playa Murallas”. To reserve chairs, tents, umbrellas, and parasols: • In low season: directly on the beach. • In high season: via the “Mi comunidad SDM” app (username and password will be sent on the day of arrival). A few minutes away is Mall Ramblas, with restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores, and more. There is also a home option and in the apartment you will find a guide with useful phones, in addition to being able to use the Rappi app. For transportation, they have the 24 hrs taxi station of the Meliá Hotel or they can use the Uber, InDrive or DiDi apps. Other things to note: Once the reservation is confirmed, you must send the following information for each guest at least 2 days in advance to authorize entry to the building: • Full name • ID number • Residential address • Phone number • Email • City No changes, additions, or modifications are allowed after the guest list has been sent. Important: The building does not allow visitors; only people previously registered may enter and use the common areas. In addition, a mandatory payment for building entry wristbands in the amount of COP 24,600 per person must be made in addition to the cost of the reservation, which is due 2 days before check-in, along with the submission of check-in details. This charge is made directly by the condominium and is indispensable in order to make use of the facilities. Social Zone Hours: 9am-8pm. Guest access Access to the apartment is through the building lobby in which all guests must register at check-in time, 24 hours. They have access to all the wet areas, to rent the umbrellas on the beach, it must be through the serena app Other things to note It is very important that you provide us with the following information for all guests: Full first and last names. ID numbers Email of all guests. Important: Upon arrival, you must pay a fee of COP 24,600 per person by card in the lobby for the access wristbands (children under 5 do not pay), as required by the condominium management. These handles are required throughout the stay and cannot be retired or lost, as in that case they will have to buy a new one. (NO CASH ACCEPTED) You must send the details 48 hours before check-in. Otherwise, the reservation may be canceled without a refund. Guests under 18 years old and are NOT accompanied by their parents must present at the front desk an AUTHENTICATED permit from their parents and their original physical birth certificate; otherwise, they will NOT be allowed to enter. Visitors are not allowed. No changes or additions are accepted after sending the data to the condominium administration.
