Lynn's Loft

Welcome to the rolling hills of New Glasgow, PEI. Our loft apartment offers all the conveniences of home in a quiet rural setting with distant water views at the front and the rolling hills to the rear. The loft is suitable for up to two people with one bedroom & queen bed. The loft has a comfortable living room area, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There are small decks on both sides to enjoy the PEI vista. You're only 10 to 15 minutes from most tourist attractions. The space The loft apartment is on the second floor, above the two car garage. Although the loft apartment is only +/- 800 sq ft, it offers everything you will need for a quiet get away. The garage is attached to the owners home, who do live on site as well. The only shared space is the small entry porch. There are three locked doors... two are the homeowners private areas and the third is your loft apartment entry. Guest access The loft is yours to enjoy, and you are feel free to walk the grounds. Other things to note We do have two miniature cockapoo dogs who are full sister's, Niki & Piper, both of which are very friendly. They may be out playing in the yard, but if they are, the owners are always close behind them. PEI wildlife includes Coyotes, Foxes, Rabbits, Skunks, Racoon's and many types of birds. We have seen all of these animals on our property at one time or another over the last 25 years, but only a few times. They do tend to keep to themselves in wooded areas of the Island, but guests should always be aware of their surroundings. Registration Details 4013147
