The space Villa Ceiba is an integral part of the exclusive Indo Avellanas Community, a collection of six private residences designed with sustainable principles at their core. The tropical contemporary architecture at Villa Ceiba is inspired by Indonesian design practices, with an emphasis on living harmoniously with nature and the preservation of existing heritage trees. Guests will recognize that not a single tree on site was removed during the course of construction. It was our family's goal to design with nature and embrace what makes this destination so unique. Moreover, we focused on utilizing locally sourced materials as well as maximizing cross-ventilation throughout the residence to offer ultimate comfort with the surrounding coastal environment. Living & Dining Area The open-plan social and dining area boasts soaring double-volume ceilings, creating an expansive space to relax, entertain, and ultimately connect with nature.
