Small cozy independent nest between original beams and floor, an atypical accommodation (see the specifics below), furnished with about 22 square meters, ideal for a couple or a single person. Parking and private outdoor spaces at the foot of the accommodation, fenced with electric gate. We're waiting for you! The space Welcome to our cottage, a former Alsatian farmhouse from 1823, completely renovated in 2023! You will discover a warm space, with its exposed beams and original wooden floor, perfect for welcoming you in any season. The accommodation is ideal for a stay for a couple or a single person. Please note: Unfortunately, it is not accessible to wheelchair users, with access via a staircase. /!\ Caution /!\ If you're over 6'3", you might find some rooms a bit low! The ceiling height is 2 meters in the studio, and 1m90 in the shower room. (Fun fact: At the beginning of the 20th century, the average size in Alsace was 1m57.) The accommodation includes: A private entrance with stairs. Upstairs: ➔ Toilets attached to the studio for your use only. ➔ Your studio with equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom and shower room. For your well-being: Aluminum shutters and blackout curtains for peaceful nights. Powerful electric heating for an ideal temperature in any season. Cozy and warm atmosphere, ideal for relaxing after your days of discovery. A comfortable 140x200 cm bed. Premium bed linen and bath towels + hand towels per person provided (Linvosges). Shower gel provided upon arrival. Hairdryer available. - Furnished kitchen: Hobs, microwave, crockery, cooking utensils. NESPRESSO coffee machine (remember to bring your capsules), kettle and toaster. Refrigerator with mini-freezer. A sponge kit and dish soap are provided. Multimedia Equipment: TV with TNT channels via Orange. Free access to Neflix via a dedicated guest account ("GITE GUEST"). Powerful and unlimited WiFi connection.
