Capo Testa house with garden and sea view

The house is located in Capo Testa, a site of community importance 3 km from Santa Teresa di Gallura and a stone's throw from the most beautiful beaches and coves of the region. It is in a quiet residential area during the busiest periods and also popular during the low season. The climate is cool and ventilated even in the warmer months. You'll love the private garden and sea view with magnificent views of Corsica and the Bocche di Bonifacio archipelago. The space The apartment is on the 1st floor of a terraced house with independent access from the garden and has a magnificent view of the majestic rocks of the Cape, the islands of the archipelago and the cliffs of Corsica. It has a large living room overlooking the panoramic loggia on one side and the large pergola terrace on the other, the kitchen is independent with a view of the sea and also extends outside with an original barbecue. The two spacious double bedrooms both have a private bathroom and overlook one the sea and the other on the terrace towards the garden as well as the third bedroom/studio. Guest access The house is available in the 2026 tourist season from April to mid-October, can accommodate up to 5 adults, and it is also possible to add up to two extra beds for children with a supplement of €15/day. In the event of a booking for only one couple of guests, there is a 15% reduction in rates. Large dogs that can find shelter in the garden are also allowed. Under the house there is a spacious laundry room/pantry and shelter for car, boat, bicycles.
