City house with cinema & garden

Your home from home in my ideally located, tranquil haven only 3 miles from newcastle city centre, a 20 minute drive to Tynemouth beach and 10 minute drive to Metro centre I am an experienced Air BnB host of 7 years and have decided to Air BnB my personal home whilst away. You'll have the entire place to yourself so you can kick back and relax in my stylish space. You can expect the house to contain my personal belongings and there will be dedicated cupboards and draws where you can store yours The space Because this is my personal home, it is not your standard ‘perfect Air BnB’. It is very much lived in and contains my personal items. I have taken certain measures to protect some of my belongings by putting locks on my wardrobes and would ask that guests respect my personal items around the house. Please take this into consideration before booking my property and if you are uncomfortable with my belongings being in the house or find this an inconvenience in any way, then please do not book my property 🙂 I understand it is not for everyone to stay in a home that is already lived in, however this was the original concept of air BnB, I have done it for many year and I still like to it for extra income. Please note I also live with a dog when I stay at the Propety so if you have allergies to dogs, please do not book my propety. Whilst I do take every measure possible to deep clean the propety and remove any signs of animals, it is impossible to make it completely pet allergen free. Please be aware of this before deciding to book. It should also be noted that there is a dark patch on the bathroom ceiling that is pending to be repaired due to a recent leak. In the second bedroom the bedside table drawers are empty and available for guest use. In the kitchen, the cupboard to the right of the oven is empty and available for guest use. The fridge will be mostly emptied and available for guest use.
