You will share common areas with the other bedroom: the bright living room and equipped kitchen, secure parking and a private terrace for relaxation! The space You will stay in the comfortable "Bulles" room, equipped with 2 comfortable single beds 90x200x30. 💻 In your room, a dedicated workspace with desk and comfortable chair is available for quiet work — ideal for remote work stays or to stay connected during your getaway. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with: -Oven, Microwave, dishwasher -Fridge and freezer -Green coffee machine, kettle, toaster... You will also enjoy connected TVs in your suite and living room, a game console, high-speed internet, and above all... 🌿 A private terrace for hosts, perfect for a coffee in the morning, reading a book in the sun, or sharing an aperitif at the end of the day. Guest access The House is located in downtown Mayenne close to a Bus stop coming from Laval. 🚗The grounds of the house are closed, you can safely park your car there, the gate code will be sent to you. You can leave your vehicle there during your stay and access cafes, restaurant, cinema, convenience store... on foot. ⚡ A charging station is available on the property (charge at extra cost). Convenient: You can charge your car at night. 🚴‍♂️ We are labeled Accueil Vélo: a guarantee of quality for cyclists! The greenway and the towpath (Vélo Francette) are 5 minutes from the house and a space is set up to park your bikes safely in an outbuilding. We leave at your disposal enough to repair your bikes. 🏃‍♀️The body of water of Mayenne 150m away, you can go for a run or stroll there. Le Halage des bord de la Mayenne is a 5 min walk. 📍 Mayenne is an ideal central point to discover the West of France: 1h30 from Mont-Saint-Michel or Saint Malo 1h15 from the 24H circuit of Le Mans or Rennes 30 min to Bagnoles-de-l'Orne or Golf de Changé It is the perfect location to shine in the area while enjoying the calmness of a small town. During your stay Schedules can be flexible depending on our schedules. We are on site so we can provide you with information if needed. Other things to note Wellness ✨ bonus: Hot tub (reservation and additional charge) You can enjoy the outdoor hot tub by reservation. It is accessible all year round (unless it is raining). The rate is €30 for 1 hour for 2 people then €5 per additional person (max 4pers). For safety, children are not allowed in the Jacuzzi. 🐈 Our cats Stéphane and Teemo are very cuddly and they don't like other animals to disturb their tranquility. So we don't accept pets. 🚭The house is non-smoking, it is possible to smoke on the terrace reserved for you.
