Idyllic quiet apartment in the historic village house

This historic home has a special charm. You'll be staying in a beautiful monument that dates back to the 11th century. The unique apartment is located on 2 floors, connected by a stone staircase. The heart of the apartment is the stove in the eat-in kitchen. The bedroom and living room are located in the attic above. The wild and beautiful Toggenburg offers fantastic nature experiences, cultural events and pure relaxation all year round. The space On the first floor is the bathroom with a comfortable shower cubicle, sink and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality cooking utensils and has a stove with 2 cooking rings, a small refrigerator, a microwave as well as a good espresso machine. At the great window front we have set up a cozy dining area overlooking the opposite hills. In the bench are stowed a few entertaining board games as well as a selection of books worth reading. Let your gaze wander through the Ebnat landscape with a cup of coffee and make your plans for the day. In the attic you will find a comfortable double bed, a walk-in closet, a mysterious old closet (where does this second door lead?). Two wicker chairs and a round table with two chairs complete the sleeping and living area. To climb the stone staircase, basic fitness is required. The staircase is unsecured. Therefore, the apartment is not suitable for active small children. For babies, we will gladly provide a baby cot including a comfortable mattress on request. Pets are allowed in agreement with us hosts. (Exception: cats) Guest access The private entrance to the guest apartment is on the left side of the house from the street. The outdoor staircase leads to the apartment entrance as well as the private terrace. These two areas are only used by you and are fully available during your stay. Since there is no washing machine in the accommodation, I offer a laundry service on request. Other things to note To get into the apartment, some stairs have to be climbed. There is also a short staircase with irregular step intervals in the accommodation. Therefore, surefootedness as well as good basic fitness is an advantage. The apartment is only used by you.
