Our small apartment is in a rural location. Walking in 45 minutes you are on the Kottmar and the Spreequelle. You can also explore the surroundings by bike. Take a break and relax in this environment. The apartment is freshly prepared and is located on the first floor in an old house. The entrance leads through a common hallway. The stairs are a bit steep. There is a garden, where you can also relax and watch chickens. The space The apartment is rather small. However, it has its own bathroom and kitchen. In the bathroom there is a sitting tub with shower. A mini oven is available in the cabinet. For cooking, you can use the induction plate with two cooking areas. There is no dishwasher. Use of the washing machine is possible. An extra bed for a child is possible. The entrance is shared. In the house lives a family with adult children, a dog, cats and several chickens. The stairs to the apartment on the first floor are steeper than usual. You should be reasonably sure-footed. Guest access You can park the car on the doorstep. The bell is also there. However, you can use the back door in the courtyard as an entrance. There is also the seating area for use. Other things to note Upon request, you can get loungers for the garden and wheels. You can also use the fireplace. Unfortunately, the nearest bus stop is 2 km away. Shopping is available in Oderwitz (4 km) or Herrnhut (7 km).
