Bedroom on own floor

Welcome to Hånes, which is only a short drive away from the Zoo, Sørlandssenteret, Kjevik Airport and Kristiansand city center. Walking distance to bathing areas such as Hamresanden. The home is very close to grocery stores and good public transport. The bedroom is isolated on the 1st floor, while the living room/bathroom/kitchen/small balcony is on the 2nd floor. On the 3rd floor is the terrace with dining table and the outdoor area with sofa, as well as a bathroom with shower. You will live with me and my partner as well as our dog and 2 indoor cats. The space The bedroom you will use is located on the 1st floor. On this floor there is a hallway, storage room and your bedroom. On the 2nd floor we have a kitchen that is open and shares space with the living room and dining room, which gives a social and spacious atmosphere. There are two bathrooms in the house: one on the 2nd floor with a washing machine, and one on the 3rd floor with a shower. Outside you can choose from four different seating areas, perfect for enjoying the view of Toppdalsfjorden. The property is located in a quiet and child-friendly area, with a playground right nearby. Guest access The entire house can be used except for our bedroom and office on the 3rd floor, as well as the storage room on the 1st floor During your stay We want you to have as pleasant a stay as possible. Other things to note We would like to inform you that there are many who rent this bedroom, and since we are both quite active with work and various activities, the house is not always completely spotless and free of mess and fur. We have three animals that are mainly in the living room/kitchen, and then there will quickly be some fur and mess in the house despite the fact that it has recently been cleaned and vacuumed. We hope you can take this into account. P.S. The cats are indoor cats and must not be let out. The cats can just be locked in the living room/kitchen. The door to the balcony on the 2nd floor can be left open if it gets hot in the living room/kitchen. The cats don't jump down, but don't let them out into the wild. If you are only one person renting the room, only one duvet, two pillows and towels for one person will be provided. P.S. now towards winter all the outdoor furniture has been taken in
