Only a maximum of FOUR (4) guest are allowed in the suite. This is in compliance with the local regulations. No smoking, no vaping in and around the property. Smoking should be done 10 meters minimum away from the building for safety and security reasons. Pets are not allowed. Also, that the sofa in the living space is comfortable for sitting/relaxing, it is not meant for sleeping. For the security/safety of our guest & home, we have cameras installed on the exterior of our property. These cameras are installed to capture footage on the front door and the side entrance into the basement suite. Cameras must not be tampered with. Please note that, in the event of power outage or fuse blown, we may need access to the suite to rectify such anomaly.
