It includes 1 wash per week (if you rent a whole week) except for rough work clothes or similar that must not be washed in the machine. Any other washing must be agreed with me in advance and for a fee, as it is my private machine that I also use myself. If you rent for less than a week, the washing machine is not included in the price. Guests other than those listed in the Airbnb app do not have access to the property unless agreed in advance with me. Other things to note Bedroom with new large 180 cm double bed. Single bed behind dining area, double sofa bed in living room. Access to the training room with cross trainer, spinning bike, bench and free weights can be provided by appointment, for a small fee. Common area by washing machine and tumble dryers. The washing machine is my private one and is not included but can be agreed upon for a fee if needed. Please note that it is a basement apartment where the floor can be quite cold. However, I have 2 slippers you can borrow in adult size ;)
