Parking: Our unit is allowed one parking pass for the lot to the left of the building. Additional overnight paid parking is located at the Steamboat Gondola Parking Garage. Allergy notice to guests with severe allergies relating to animals: Our unit used to allow pets but does not anymore due to excessive maintenance needed after stays. The unit has been deep cleaned multiple times since any pets were allowed in our unit, however some guests with severe allergies still experienced discomfort from allergens during their stay. Please advise that the condominium as a whole does allow pets on the properly and some may be on the same floor as our unit. If you have sensitivity to animals, this may affect your stay.
