Casa Bella Vista Zufre is a fully restored 16th century house. Located in Plaza de la Iglesia No. 1, in Zufre, at the entrance to the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche Natural Park, and just 1 hour from Seville. This house offers privileged views: you can admire the 16th century Town Hall and the historic 14th century Church. You will enjoy fascinating panoramic views, overlooking the mountains, the meadow, the holm oak and cork oak forests and the Zufre reservoir. The space Casa Bella Vista Zufre has been designed to combine elegance and character. One of its most emblematic elements is the cast iron spiral staircase, which connects the four floors of the house, each approximately 20 m², creating a cozy and harmonious atmosphere. Designed for rural tourism, Casa Bella Vista Zufre is ideal for a romantic couple's getaway. The rooftop terrace is the real "highlight" of the house. It will allow you to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views, both during the day and at sunset. Casa Bella Vista Zufre is fully equipped for your comfort. In the kitchen you will find an information book on the use of appliances, the facilities of the house and details about the village and its walking routes. The house can accommodate up to 3 people. It has a 160x200cm sofa bed in the living room. The house has underfloor heating on all floors, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout the year. In addition, air conditioning is available in the bedroom and living room. Housekeeping is included in the price of your stay. WiFi available on every floor. At the entrance of Casa Bella Vista Zufre you will find a fully equipped kitchen. With a dining table. The kitchen has a 3-burner glass-ceramic stove with an oven. In addition, it has a dishwasher and refrigerator and all the necessary utensils, such as dishes, blender, toaster and microwave. Going down the spiral staircase, you will find the bathroom on the basement floor. With an elegant design, the bathroom of Casa Bella Vista Zufre offers you the option to choose between a shower or a shower-bathtub, to suit your preferences. In addition, it is equipped with a sink, toilet, and a washer/dryer. You will also find a folding clothesline, and of course, quality towels for your use and some welcome soap bars. The bathroom has a window that provides natural light. On the first floor of Casa Bella Vista Zufre, you will find the room that corresponds to the bedroom. It has a double queen size bed (2 m x 1.60 m) and storage space with drawers underneath, plus a small closet. There is a separate toilet with a sink. Sheets, cushions and blankets are included. From the balcony, you will enjoy views of the Church Square, the Town Hall and its orange trees, while from another window you can see the side street. Going up the spiral staircase, there is the living room of the house. With its balcony, the living room overlooks the church square. It is equipped with a sofa bed (1.60 x 2 m). In addition, the living room has a TV and a bookcase. On the top floor of Casa Bella Vista Zufre, almost touching the stars (don't forget that the Natural Park is a "Starlight Reserve"!), is the rooftop terrace that offers views of the village and the impressive natural landscape of the park and its swamp. It is fully equipped with furniture (awning, table, chairs, barbecue, small refrigerator, etc.). Guest access The accommodation is for full use. We do not have private parking but you can park on the surrounding streets. No pets allowed. Other things to note How to get to Casa Bella Vista Zufre? To get to Casa Bella Vista Zufre, you can take a taxi, bus to the town of Higuera de la Sierra or your own car. Please note that it is not possible to park right at the door of the house (to load/unload luggage, yes), but you will find free public parking just a 5-minute walk away. To access the house, there is a box with a code that will allow you to enter easily. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will provide you with this code. - From Seville: Zufre is only 1 hour by car from Seville. Take the A-66 towards Mérida and, at 73km, turn onto the A-461 in Santa Olalla del Cala and follow the signs to Zufre. - From Huelva, take the N435 towards Badajoz and, after 62 km, passing Zalamea la Real, take the A461 towards Zufre for 42km more. - From Mérida: You can reach Zufre in about 1h30 by car (120 km). Take the A66 and turn right at Santa Olalla del Cala. After about 16km, you will reach the village of Zufre.
