Rm1 - 1st Floor Bedroom (Full)

The private bedroom is located on the first floor with a full size bed. There isn’t a closet, but there is a dresser to store your items. There's a closet rack in the basement that can be used as well. Even though there are 3 bedrooms, up to two rooms may be rented at the same time (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs). Guest access All entry and bedroom doors are secured with smart locks. You can use a key code to manage locks. Guest can access their room and all shared spaces ( bathroom and entire first floor). Guests can use the laundry in the basement, but do not have access to excess supplies on the storage shelves. Only the house keepers may access this area.
