Ideal for families or groups of up to 11 people, it offers a perfect setting to relax and share beautiful moments, between nature and conviviality. The space You will be welcomed in a large bright living room, open to a fully equipped modern kitchen. This friendly space gives direct access to the garden, ideal for enjoying an outdoor meal or a relaxing moment on the deckchairs. A barbecue is also available to share beautiful grills on sunny days. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, hood, microwave, glass-ceramic hob, fridge, toaster, kettle and Tassimo coffee machine. A cellar with freezer and washing machine is also available to guests. The gîte has three bedrooms, all equipped with a dressing area for convenient storage. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and a baby bed (0 to 8 months). The second bedroom includes a double bed, and the third has two bunk beds, 4 beds perfect for children or teenagers. A sofa bed in the living room sleeps two extra people, bringing the total capacity to 11 beds. All beds are made upon arrival, and sheets and bath towels are provided. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower and a double sink, ideal for group stays. On the leisure side, the cottage offers a games area with billiards and air hockey for young and old. Outside, the garden awaits you with a petanque court, garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue to fully enjoy life in the great outdoors. Six adult bikes are available, with a baby carrier and a two-seater cart for children. The green path, accessible just 200 meters away, allows you to reach all the shops in five minutes by bike, in a green and safe setting.
