Other things to note TAKE NOTE! - Paid parking off-premises are available all around Eastwood City. - Long Term Stay Cleaning Fee: For guests staying 11-20 nights, the cleaning fee will be multiplied by 2 and if staying for 21-30 nights, it will be multiplied by 3. -Cats are not allowed - our housekeepers are allergic to cats -Registration Fee = 275 Php/pax (ages 8 and up) (to be collected via Airbnb Resolution Center/ payment request) Amenity use (to be collected by admin): - Swimming pool + Gym = 500 Php/pax/day - Swimming pool + Kid's indoor playground = 500 Php/pax/day - Spa + Sauna room = 500 Php/pax/day (Adults only) - Pools are closed on Mondays for maintenance & cleaning - Standees are available upon request !!!MAKE YOUR STAY BETTER!!! - Mid Stay Cleans / Cleaning Before Checkout for $28 includes linen & towel change + restocking of offered supplies (coffee, creamer, sugar, toilet paper, paper towel etc.) Available upon request, Applicable for stays that are 10 nights or less.. - Crib for your little one available upon request for $6.
