Welcome to our two-bedroom apartment with a stunning view, located in the seaside town of Agia Fotia, Crete. Ideal for families and groups, just a short walk to the beach. The apartment features a peaceful balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ area, two bedrooms with double beds, and a living room with a sofa bed. It comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Pets are warmly welcome. The space "Welcome to our two-bedroom apartment, located on the ground floor of a three-story guest villa. Full privacy is maintained between the apartments. To reach the apartment, you’ll need to go down a few steps. The beach is just a 2-minute drive or an 8-minute walk away. The apartment features two bedrooms, each with a double bed and closet. The living room has a sofa that converts into a double bed, and we can also add a folding bed if needed. There’s a 55-inch smart TV in the living room. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen with an espresso machine, a filter coffee machine, serving dishes, a kettle, microwave, oven, fridge, electric stove, and a dining table for six people. Enjoy a quiet balcony with a coffee table and seating area. The private garden is perfect for relaxing, with a large garden, a table and chairs, sun loungers, and fresh air. The apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests. The villa also has a shared yard with the upper apartment, where you’ll find a washing machine with soap and fabric softener, a drying rack, a communal garden with a large dining table for 12, a wood oven, and a charcoal barbecue. There is private parking available for up to 4 cars. Guest access We are located in a quiet and somewhat secluded seaside town, offering full privacy and no noise restrictions. The villa is a 30-minute drive from Sitia Airport in Crete and about an hour's drive from Heraklion Airport. The villa is conveniently located close to pubs, restaurants, a clinic, a supermarket, and other local amenities.
