Conveniently located fully equipped 2 bedroom (4 person) home, 10 mins walk to town centre, 5 mins to hospital, located in a quiet cul-de-sac. You have the entire house and garden with secure bike storage, enclosed suntrap garden with garden furniture, and lovely conservatory to enjoy. Ample on street parking to front and dedicated off street parking to rear. Major supermarket and takeaway minutes’ walk away. All linen, towels, cleaning and basic kitchen condiments included. The space The house has an entrance hall, lounge (3-2-1 suite, electric fire, Smart TV), Wifi throughout, fully equipped kitchen, separate utility room and delightful conservatory on the ground floor. Whilst there is a breakfast bar in the kitchen the conservatory has a dining tables and 4 chairs and a comfortable sofa to enjoy the garden from. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one double, one twin) with wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables / lights. Full linens and towels are provided. There is a full bathroom, including a bath with an overhead electric shower (soaps, shampoo, shower gel provided). Kitchen condiments (including tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt and pepper) and cleaning/laundry products are provided. In addition there are some indoor and outdoor potted herbs for use in cooking or cocktails! The fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare your own meals – however there is a great choice of eating options throughout the Islands and in Stornoway, and numerous takeaway options locally, including a Chinese take-away just a couple of minutes’ walk away. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumbler dryer – if the weather permits there is also an outdoor clothes line (washing machine capsules supplied). To keep you occupied there is wifi, a TV, and we’ve provided a selection of books included some Scottish and contemporary literature and some cookbooks. For kids (and grown ups) we’ve left some board games and drawing materials. Outside the gated garden is paved to the front and an enclosed sun trap rear garden has a nice lawned area, established trees and bushes in a raised bed, and secluded patio areas to enjoy the outdoors. Please use the funky garden furniture that’s stored in the shed, and relax – its someone else’s job to do the mowing and weeding. The shed provides a secure space for storing bikes etc. Guest access Guests can check themselves in with a secure key box at the house. The entire house and garden are for your exclusive use.
