You will love this private apartment in a newly constructed quiet simple barn set on two acres in the rolling hills of Logan County just 5 miles from Mad River Ski Resort Ohio Caverns and the Castle. Watch the incredible sunrises as you enjoy a cup of coffee in the attached greenhouse. Make a home cooked meal in the little kitchen, grill outside, have a wiener roast at the fire ring or order pizza from the local award winning 600 Pizza. The space This guest house resides inside a detached building from our main home. With a private drive and parking area, you can come and go easily. The first floor small kitchen and laundry is complete with all appliances and a small eating area. There is a full bathroom with shower off of the kitchen area on the first floor. A flight of carpeted stairs leads you to the vaulted loft above. Couch, TV, desk, changing closet, and three beds complete your perfect open area for relaxing and sleeping. Other things to note The laundry facility is in a seperate room in the barn and is open to other guests on the property. Your apartment is locked and cannot be entered from the laundry facility without a key.
