The space The home is nestled in a quite neighborhood surrounded by rainforest and features 2 kitchens, 3 large family rooms, 2 dinning rooms, 5 bedrooms, an outside shower, outside kitchen, outside dinning room and bar, 3 car carport, entrance porch, open balcony, 2 terraces, and a fully paved surrounding area. It is located a short 15 minute drive to Adjuntas and a quick 25 minute drive to Ponce. Downstairs - 2 Living rooms with big screen TVs - Kitchen - Dinning Room - Office - Board/Card Game Room with Seating for 4 - 2 Bedrooms w/ Bunk Beds each with a Double and a Single Bed - Laundry Room - Full Bathroom - 2/3 Bathroom - Covered Patio w/ Pool Access Upstairs - Living Room with big screen TV - Kitchen - Dinning Room - 3 Bedrooms w/ Double Beds - Full Bathroom - Terrace overlooking Rainforest, Ponce and the Caribbean Outside - Private Pool (3 to 5 foot depth) - Outdoor Kitchen - BBQ Grill - Outside Shower - Bar Area - Outdoor Dinning Table w/ seating up to 12 - Two Umbrellas w/ Stands --- **Important Information About Utilities and Amenities** Please note the following important details regarding utilities and water features at the property: - Pool & Waterfall Features: The pool pump operates during limited hours each day, and the waterfall features are only functional while the pump is running. These hours are fixed and cannot be extended. - Electricity: The property occasionally experiences intermittent power outages, which can range from one hour to several days depending on the severity and weather conditions. There is no back-up generator or alternative power source available on-site. - Water Supply: Water is provided through a community water system. On rare occasions, outages can occur due to issues such as water main breaks, and restoration may take up to 1–2 days. We do have reserve tanks available to help bridge short outages, but the supply is limited and should be used conservatively. - Hot Water: Hot water is available, but please be aware it is limited, especially when operating on backup water from the cistern. Since hot water systems require pressure to function properly, outages or low pressure may result in a temporary loss of hot water. We recommend planning accordingly and appreciate your understanding and patience should any of these utility interruptions occur during your stay. These factors are a part of the unique charm and challenges of staying in a more remote or infrastructure-limited area. Guest access Guests will have access and exclusive use of the entire home, to include the five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The home includes two living rooms, two dinning rooms, two full kitchens, board/card game room, office and a pool. Guests are welcome to cook in the kitchens (pots, pans, dishes and cutlery are available for use - please wash afterwards). A washer and dryer are available for use for a nominal fee. Three parking spaces are available in the covered car port. There is an additional separate residence on the property across the driveway from the home. This is a private residence and is not for guests use. Other things to note Surrounded by the rainforest and nature, you will hear the beautiful song of the coquí, a tiny tree frog native to Puerto Rico, as well as crickets, roosters and other wild life. Please note: - The pool pump and waterfall operate on a limited daily schedule. - Power outages can occur and may last from an hour to several days. There is no back-up generator. - Water outages may happen due to community supply issues. We have reserve tanks, but capacity is limited. - Hot water may be unavailable during outages or when using the backup cistern due to pressure requirements. We appreciate your understanding and encourage guests to plan accordingly.
