This is a lock off located in West Vail Colorado. Only a 7 minute drive away from the town of Vail, this is a great location for skiers or outdoor enthusiast. This lock off offers a total of 3 beds (2 queen beds - bunk, 1 fold out bed), 1 bathroom, and one living room with a flat screen TV, free cable and high speed internet. We accept up to 4 guests per night and can offer 2 free parking spaces during your stay. The space Overlooking the Vail Valley, this is a fantastic location just 7 minutes away from the Town of Vail and 10 minutes from Beaver Creek. You’ll also find one of the locals' favorite hiking trails, Davos Trail, nearby. Please take a moment to read through the following information and guidelines for your stay: • Guest Capacity: We accommodate a total of 4 guests and offer two queen-sized beds in the main bedroom in a bunk bed style. If you plan to use the top bunk, please exercise caution when going up and down, as we are not responsible for any injuries that may occur from falls. The couch in the living room is a fold-out couch, so feel free to use it if you need a third sleeping option. • Parking Requirements: We allow a maximum of 2 cars on the property. Upon your arrival, please park in the far-right portion of the driveway. If you have a second vehicle, kindly double park it right behind the first car to ensure that other vehicles can exit the property. The parking space is marked with an orange pole; please park within this area and as close to the right side as possible. • Parking Suggestions: Our driveway is quite steep, so we recommend driving a little way up the street and turning around to enter the driveway at a better angle. Please avoid trying to turn around in the driveway itself. When you leave, please back out of the driveway and take your time to ensure a safe exit. • Smoking and Noise Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy for smoking or partying on the property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere, as we reside on BLM land and must adhere to strict fire laws. Additionally, please respect our quiet hours, which begin at 9 PM, since there are other residents living on the property. • Trash Disposal: We kindly ask that you please put all trash in the trash can before you leave.
