Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 7): • Master Suite (shown as bedroom 4, within modern extension): A luxurious retreat with a king-sized bed, an in-bedroom bathtub, and a separate shower room. • Bedroom 1 (cottage): Features a queen-sized bed and its own en-suite wet room. • Bedroom 2 (cottage): A comfortable room with a king-sized bed. • Bedroom 3 (cottage): A charming single room. In addition to the en-suites, you will find a first-floor family bathroom and a convenient downstairs cloakroom. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and private grounds. • The House – Full access to all rooms and amenities • Walled Rose Garden – A peaceful, private spot beside the cottage • Private Meadows – Wildflower-filled in summer • Heated Plunge Pool – For guest use (heated 1 April – 1 November) • Pond – A tranquil setting to watch moorhens • Parking – Ample space on the private drive next to the property. Other things to note • Pool season: Plunge pool available from April to November (measuring approximately 12 foot by 6 foot). • Gardener: Visits Fridays from 8:30 am (discreet and respectful of privacy) • Flexible stays: Contact us if you require different arrival or departure days • Please note that as the property is found at the end of a woodland path, we would not recommend bringing low sports cars.
