House by the sea in beautiful Abbekås

The guest house with 5-7 beds is part of our whitewashed Skånelänga, next to the sea in Abbekås. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with access to the patio. In the bathroom there is a washing machine, and in the living room there is a dining area and sofa bed. In a four-minute walk along the sea, you will find the village's old fishing port, with a tavern, café, bakery and swimming area. One of the south coast's most beautiful sandy beaches, Mossbystrand, is two kilometers away, and to the medieval town of Ystad, it takes 10 minutes by car. The space On the ground floor there is a dining table with chairs, a sofa that also serves as a bed for two people, a coffee table and a couple of armchairs. To the left is the kitchen, with stove and oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and well-equipped kitchen cabinets and shelves. On the ground floor there is also a small bedroom, suitable for one person, and bathroom, with shower and washing machine. From the kitchen, you can access the garden at the backside of the house. There is outdoor furniture and space to barbecue. The upper floor consists of two bedrooms, with two beds in each room. One with windows facing south, the other with windows facing north. Guest access The guest house is a separate part of a property consisting of three connected buildings. It has its own front door, and also exit to its own part of a garden with lawn, trees and shrubs. The car can be parked on the lawn outside the house, Other things to note Abbekås Golf Club is nearby, about a 10-minute walk away. There is also a restaurant. In the village there are several restaurants, a bakery with a café in the harbor, and in summer an ice cream parlor. In the harbor, you can swim from a swimming jetty. The house is a good starting point for hikes, including Skåneleden, where you walk along the coast in close contact with the sea and beaches. The medieval town of Ystad is about 15 kilometers away.
