Bedroom 1: 1 x king-size, double ensuite, 2 people Plus 1 cot available Bedroom 2: 2 x large singles, 2 people Bedroom 3: 2 x large singles, 2 people Bedroom 4: 2 x large singles, single ensuite toilet & shower, top floor plus large terrace, 2 people Security, Electricity & Water: There is a £100 security deposit (each) paid on site. Assuming there is no damage to the property, the cost of the electricity & water used is deducted from the deposit using the meter readings taken on arrival & departure.
