Look forward to a real holiday home-Perle on Lake Fleesensee. Our well-equipped beach house Mathea is located directly in the first row on the lake. It is an absolute insider tip for families, lovers of nature, sports fans and seekers of relaxation. The space On 2 floors and about 85 m² you will find all the amenities that make a holiday perfect. The cozy living area with underfloor heating, modern leather couch and fireplace promises relaxing hours on vacation. The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped with WMF and Kahla porcelain including dishwasher, built-in stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker etc. Upstairs you will find two lovingly furnished bedrooms and a modern bathroom. On the ground floor there is another guest bathroom and a storage room with washer/dryer. The beautifully landscaped garden invites you to relax and soak up the sun with comfortable loungers. On the terrace you can enjoy the sunset with a cup of tea or glass of wine with a direct view of the lake. On the enclosed, quietly located property there is also plenty of room for children to play and romp. The adjacent forest invites you to idyllic forest walks or small jogging rounds - or just to relax and unwind. Between the beach house and the lake there is also a large meadow, which offers a variety of leisure and sports facilities: football field with 2 goals, 1x beach volleyball court, 2x playgrounds, 1x water plant, table tennis table, Kids Flying Fox and much more. In the "Land of 1,000 Lakes" there are of course also several water sports. With its direct bathing areas and family-friendly flat banks, the lake offers plenty of refreshment options for young and old: go for a swim or try out new water sports activities, such as stand-up paddling, canoeing or windsurfing (appropriate courses & equipment rental is possible directly at the lake). The holiday region Fleesensee is located in the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District in the beautiful Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
