The space On 2 floors and about 85 m² you will find all the amenities that make a vacation perfect. The cozy living area with underfloor heating, modern leather couch and fireplace promises relaxing hours on vacation. The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped with WMF and Kahla porcelain, including a dishwasher, built-in stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, etc. On the upper floor you will find two lovingly furnished bedrooms and a modern bathroom. On the ground floor there is another guest bathroom and a storage room with a washing machine/dryer. The beautifully landscaped garden invites you to relax and soak up the sun with comfortable loungers. On the terrace you can enjoy the sunset with direct lake views with a cup of tea or glass of wine. On the enclosed, quiet property there is also plenty of space for children to play and romp. The adjacent forest invites you to idyllic forest walks or small jogging laps - or just to relax and unwind. Between the beach house and the lake there is also a large meadow that offers a variety of leisure and sports facilities: football field with 2 goals, 1x beach volleyball court, 2x playgrounds, 1x water splash, table tennis table, kids flying fox and much more. For golf lovers there are also over 70 holes on 5 golf courses. In the "Land of 1,000 Lakes" there are of course also several water sports. With its direct bathing spots and family-friendly flat shores, the lake offers many refreshment options for all ages: go for a swim or try new water sports activities, such as stand-up paddling, canoeing or windsurfing (corresponding courses & material rental is possible directly on the lake).
