The space The apartment is composed of: - A kitchen with microwave, hob, fridge, Senseo coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, table + chairs for two people and everything you need, - A beautiful bedroom with closet, bed 160 x 200 cm, baby umbrella bed up to 15 kilos (3-4 years old), orange TV (possibility of replay, NETFLIX, etc.). - A bathroom with shower , WC, and hair dryer. New in February 2026: a nice "parquet" floor now adorns the apartment! WiFi connection throughout the property. Bedding is provided and cleaning included. You will find a welcome basket with tea, herbal tea, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate, and cupcakes. The apartment overlooks a very pretty courtyard typical of the region. It is very bright and spacious. Guest access The whole apartment - Parking is not available in the common courtyard - Other things to note We offer CHAMPAGNE that we have carefully selected for you: - Grande Réserve (€30): a well-balanced blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, offering roundness and finesse with an interesting complexity. - Blanc de Blancs (€30): made exclusively from Chardonnay, with notes of citrus (grapefruit) and white flowers. - Rosé (€30): made exclusively from Pinot Noir, with a red-berry aroma, a gourmet champagne. We also offer a GIFT BASKET (€30) featuring Espellette pepper country pâté, roasted cashew nuts, grilled eggplant and mushroom spread, crispy dentelle biscuits, and Guérande salt crisps.
