Welcome to Red Wagon Farm Guest House! Our private 2 room suite has its own kitchenette, bathroom, wifi, DTV and even a fireplace - perfect for business trips, college visits, family vacations and even a romantic get-a-way. We are a small solar-powered farm specializing in greens, located on top of Waterman Hill with its beautiful panoramic views and convenient location to Canton and Potsdam. We are available in person/text to make your stay enjoyable. Look forward to meeting you! The main room is light, clean and comfortable with a queen bed, fireplace, queen sofa and large TV. We have an Erro wifi system for those who need internet access and Direct TV including HBO. You can relax and watch movies or catch up on favorite shows or simply lounge in front of the fireplace. There is a closet and low chest in the hallway that leads to the second room. Here you have a queen sofa and upholstered ottoman with extra bedding. Here also is kitchenette space in the corner that holds a small fridge, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker as well as cups, plates and utensils. We provide fixins for a continental breakfast - fresh bread, muffins, yogurt and oatmeal in addition to juice, coffee and tea. We also stock the fridge with bottled water and snacks. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, some toiletries and a hair dryer. Park in the driveway spur, climb several stone steps to the front porch and enter through the front door. The Suite door is immediately to your right complete with Chicken Key Ring. We do live on the premises and expect to be available to answer any questions in person or by text. However, while we look forward to meeting you, we also will take cues from you and respect your privacy. Our guest suite does have its own entrance and you can come and go as you please. We are a rural location, approximately 5 miles from St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton, 12 miles from Clarkson University and SUNY Potsdam. Note that University Graduation and Family Weekends are specially priced and require a 2 night minimum.
