Damaged or stained towels will be charged. - First-aid kit, fire extinguishers, and smoke alarms on site - Security cameras at front entrance for your safety. - Always lock the doors & windows when leaving the villa. - To save energy, kindly ensure that all windows and bedroom doors are closed while the air conditioning is in use. ◾️ Other Things to Note: - Perfect for reunions, retreats, team-building trips, or destination birthdays - 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk to Dragon Bridge - High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property - Local recommendations provided upon booking Other things to note ◾️ House Rules: - All guests must fully comply & adhere to the house's regulations and all prevailing Vietnamese Government, Da Nang Government policies & regulations or they may be requested to check out if noncompliant to these regulations. Please do not allow additional people in the house without prior notice to the host and will be applied surcharge if it's over house's capacity. Visitors are not allowed after 23:00, any person staying overnight must provide appropriate ID/passport. If non-staying guests attend, please inform us in advance for better support. - Smoking and eating durian indoors is strictly prohibited. If cigarette or durian odors are detected, a cleaning and deodorizing fee of 4,000,000 VND per violation will be charged. - Please do not damage, move, or misuse items or equipment in the villa. Return all items to their original positions after use. Guests are responsible for compensating any lost or damaged items at their actual value. Keep the villa clean & free from unecessary clutter. An additional charge might be applied for deep cleaning from 1 millions. - Do not host noisy activities such as karaoke, loud music, or large gatherings after 10:00 PM. Keep volume moderate and do not use high-powered speakers that disturb the neighborhood. As the villa is located in a residential area, please maintain quietness and respect the shared environment. - Do not use dangerous items (e.g., knives, sharp objects, electrical appliances, glassware) around the pool. Children must be supervised by an adult when using the pool. Use the pool at your own risk; no lifeguard is on duty. Avoid running or excessive play that could pose risks in the pool area. - Parties must be informed the host in advance and the fee will be applied After the event, guests should clean up or may opt for a cleaning service for an additional fee. No open flames or cooking directly on grass or wooden floors unless using approved BBQ equipment. Decorations (if any) should be removable and must not damage furniture, plants, or walls. - The villa reserves the right to refuse continued accommodation or apply additional charges if guests violate the above rules.
