Separate dining room with dining table to seat four with a second inglenook fireplace, sideboard with books and games. Steps up to: Kitchen with breakfast table and chairs, gas-fired range Aga-type cooker, Fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave. Door from Kitchen to separate Shower and Utility room, with washing machine. Cottage style staircase leads to first floor: Bedroom 1 with King size 5ft bed, dressing table with drawers, hanging rail with shelf above. Bedroom 2 Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds, wardrobe with drawers. Bathroom with bath (no shower) basin and WC, heated towel rail. NB Please note the staircase is a little steep, the top few steps are without a side hand rail. A flight of stone steps leads from the kitchen doorway up to the stunning walled cottage garden which enjoys views of the surrounding hills, and is laid mainly to lawn surrounded by beautiful beds and borders with the addition of a charming thatched summer house, garden table and chairs. Low walls and shrubs surround the garden.The outside steps are fairly steep and uneven in places. NB: There is no fence or gate between the garden/driveway and the lane. Parking for one car on driveway adjacent to property.
