Located on the first floor. Safe place with a very nice view of the city. Central and safe. Comfortable accommodation furnished with kitchenware and equipped with a double bed. Close to the Catholic University and San Vicente School. Access to the stadium, terminal to La Merced, Plaza de Armas, Markets on foot. The stops to Acobamba, Muruhuay Sanctuary, Huasahuasi and Palcamayo (Huagapo grottos) are nearby. It's on the FIRST floor. Send a photo of your ID. The space The building is called :"El Mirador de Tarma" you can locate it on Google maps. Comfortable and furnished accommodation, it is independent with free access to check-in and check-out. The apartment is rent complete, consists of two well-lit, equipped, furnished and distributed environments. This beautiful comfortable and cozy apartment has the basic facilities for your comfort. The bedroom features a queen-size bed, a large closet, candlelight. The bathroom features towels, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and has hot water in the shower. The living room has a 32" Smart TV with streaming channels (no cable signal or local channels), Wi-Fi, armchair and coffee table. The kitchen is two gas burners. It is equipped with utensils: plates , glasses, pots, satin, tea kettle among other essential basic utensils. It also includes salt, sugar, oil. GUEST ACCESS: The apartment is located on the first floor of the building(measures 40 m2) has a good view of the city is located slightly in height, it does not have an elevator. The entrance to the apartment is independent through keys and self check-in (key collection in the lockbox , the key will be sent in a timely manner).
