Steeped in over 100 years of history, our cosy railway terrace provides the perfect base for families, friends, or professionals visiting Hull and the surrounding area. Newly renovated and refurbished, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable relaxing stay. Located close to Willerby Square, you'll find everything you need from supermarkets and pharmacies to local cafes and pubs within a few minutes walk. Aldi, Lidl, & Waitrose are no more than a 2 minute drive. The space The property opens into the living area, where you can relax on the sofa with access to all your favourite channels on a modern SMART TV. There are some books and board games available too for your to enjoy. The living room opens into the dining area, which is well lit and can comfortably accommodate our guests. To the rear of the terrace you'll find a bathroom with a walk in shower. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are provided and a hair dryer is available. The kitchen is also at the rear of the terrace and is well stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils too need to be able to self cater. You'll also find tea, coffee, and a range of spices available for you to use. There a small yet comfortable back yard where you can relax outside or have a small BBQ. Upstairs, you'll find two double bedrooms for your. The master bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed and the second bedroom has a Futon, which we alternate between using as sofa or a double bed depending on the number of guests. Street parking is available along Main Street. You can park without restriction from just past the house to the edge of Well Lane. Additional Services ... While the property does not have a washing machine or dryer, we are happy to provide a free laundry service to guests booking longer stays. Guest access You'll have full access to the full property
