Welcome to Beech House, a 'stunning' modern detached property located in Ashcott village, near Glastonbury in the very heart of picturesque Somerset. Finished to a high specification with a harmonious mix of light indoor and outdoor spaces which immediately make you feel you are a world away from the daily routine. Conveniently situated to a selection of nature reserves, unrivalled views of the countryside, cycle rides, endless walks and for the HPC site at Hinckley The space 'Your stay starts here'! Guests can expect a warm welcome to Beech House - Relax after your journey with a well earned cuppa from a selection of tea bags and ground coffee, snacks and treats. Offering a clean, comfortable double room for up to 2 guests within a large property (Note - I do have additional rooms available if you require 2 separate rooms with additional charge of £50 for use of 2 rooms). As a the host I will possibly be away during your stay or if at the property will be out of sight so you can feel relaxed and enjoy the space. Beech House is a firm favourite with Millfield parents due to the proximity and comfort of the space but also well utilised by those working at HPC with opportunity to come to a longer term agreement if required. The property is provided with fibre broadband operating at 40-50Mbs, and guests will have access to their own separate living room with 50 inch widescreen TV's with DVD player and Netflix, and a Sonos system. The guest room has a supply of towels and the separate guest bathroom includes a selection of essentials. The beds have cosy feather duvets and pillows and the mattresses are firm and naturally filled with a wool, silk and cashmere filling and the windows are fitted with both wood venetian blinds and black out roman blinds. The kitchen is well equipped with all required crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils and cooking essentials (please ask for details) and is fitted with Neff appliances including induction hob, oven and dishwasher, with an additional sink and washing machine in the laundry room. you will also find all the essentials you need from milk and sugar to sauces and spices. Enjoy the spacious dining area or pull out one of the bar with stools located in the internal sun terrace - perfect for a light lunch gazing in to the garden. The property also boasts two living spaces - the main open plan family room and the secondary living room which makes for a great escape for some peace and quiet and a great place to sit and read. The property also benefits from a large south facing deck off of the main kitchen with sofa, chairs and table where you can eat and relax and enjoy the sun, and a large patio and large lawn area. We can accommodate guests looking for 1-5 night long stays at Beech House. - Number of Guests - Up To 2 (a couple or 2 singles) Note additional charge of £50 for us elf a second room. Guest access Guests will have access to their own spacious bedroom, their own family sized bathroom their own separate living space and the outside garden, decking and patio areas. During your stay Upon arrival if available, your host Darren will introduce you to your comfortable double bedroom accommodation and answer any questions you may have regards the property, the facilities and protocols for your stay to ensure a great stay. Alternatively, if Darren is not available access will be through a key safe with guidance notes provided in the kitchen area upon arrival. Darren will always be available on the phone should any other questions arise. Note, there will only ever be one guest booking at any time ensuring you can enjoy your stay and make the most of the house and its facilities.
