Designed to embrace the tropical weather, this villa is airy, sunlit, and inviting. Whether you’re lounging in the cozy interiors, enjoying a movie night, or savoring the gentle Varsoli breeze, this home ensures every moment is immersed in relaxation. Layout: - Ground Floor: Ample parking space for 3-4 cars, ensuring convenience from the moment you arrive. - First Floor: Step inside a beautifully designed living room that flows seamlessly into a pool table room, setting the stage for leisurely afternoons. For entertainment lovers, a private theatre room awaits, offering cinematic experiences at your fingertips. - A dining area connects effortlessly, perfect for enjoying long, delightful meals. - A well-appointed bedroom with an ensuite bathroom completes this floor, offering privacy and comfort. - Second Floor: The upper level features three spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, inviting guests to unwind in plush comfort after a day of exploring Alibaug’s scenic beauty. Please Note: - We have a 4th bedroom bookable on request. Please connect with us to book the 4th bedroom. - Outside food is not allowed in the villa. - Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission. - Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay. - Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed. - We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm. - Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits. - Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities. - Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited. The pool (if present) is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times. - Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items. - As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses and Passports. - Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave. - Mandatory Refundable Security Deposit of INR 12000 is applicable Guest access No. Guests will only be able to access common areas on the property such as the living room, garden, etc. Guests are strictly prohibited from crossing into neighboring properties under any circumstances. Please connect with us to book the 4th bedroom. - This home does not have a swimming pool. - The home is located in the centre of Varsoli town. - Room amenities a ceiling fan, WiFi, a private closet, and an air conditioner. - 2-3 cars can be parked free of any additional charges. - Villa amenities include a lounge area with indoor games such as a Pool Table, board games, a theatre room, and WiFi. - In case of a power outage or fluctuations, inverters can be switched on.
