Guest access Guests have access to full Property/Villa Other things to note - Daily Power Allowance: Your stay includes an allowance of ST$30/day (approx. 30 units) of electricity (prepaid system like a mobile phone plan) – generally sufficient for daily use with thoughtful energy habits. We suggest you turn off A/C, fans & lights when not in use. Power use above daily allowance is AT YOUR OWN COST & can be bought at most local supermarkets. - Maximum Occupancy: The villa strictly accommodates ONLY up to 6 guests. We welcome 1 infant under 2 years old free of charge, who are not counted in the guest total. - Quiet hours are between 10pm at night to 7am in the morning - No Events or Parties allowed. - Pool maintenance: To ensure the pool is kept in top shape throughout your stay, we need to visit and test chemical levels every 2-3 days at a convenient time. We will be in touch to setup a time. - Generator Use: In the event of a power outage, our backup generator can be turned on manually by our staff. An automated system will be in place from mid-June 2025. - Complimentary Pantry Items: From time to time, you may find complimentary food or consumables in the fridge or pantry. These are available for guest use; however, please inspect items before consumption, as we cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions or illness. - Airport Transfer: We can assist to arrange a Taxi transfer to & from the airport with known Taxi operators for a specified fee that you pay directly to the Taxi driver. - Car Rental: We can also put you in touch with reputable car rental business including one located right next door to the Villas. - Rubbish Disposal: Please place your bagged garbage on the rubbish stand located at the front of the property, near the main road. - Respect the Space: This is not just a rental, it is my home and part of a shared Airbnb community. Please treat the property with care and respect & kindly leave the villa in a clean and tidy condition upon checkout. - Neighbourhood Note: Our neighbour has a few dogs. While they may appear a little aggressive, they are generally harmless.
