The space Unlike most Villas in this park, the Riverstay Retreat has a small fence around the outdoor and grassed area to create a secure, safe space for young children to play and pets to be off the lead. The outdoor space includes a gas BBQ and fire pit, a covered deck with a good sized fold out awning to cover the main outdoor seating area. There is also a heated outdoor shower to clean up after your time in the river. Whether you're staying for a weekend or settling in for a longer retreat, the Riverstay Retreat includes everything you'll need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Inside, you'll find 2 generous bedrooms, 1 bathroom with an additional toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area filled with natural light. Complete with fast WiFi, Netflix, Stan and prime video. Please keep in mind that this is a family park, strictly no parties or large groups permitted. Guest access You will have access to the entire property, including a laundry and excluding the lock up garage/shed. There is parking for two cars outside and an overflow area for boats, trailers etc on the grassed areas opposite the Villa. Other things to note Please note mobile phone reception in the area is ok for Telstra indoor and out, but is patchy for Optus and non existent for Vodafone. Registration Details PID-STRA-79533
