In a quiet countryside, this large independent gite of 230 m², furnished in an old farmhouse on 2600 m² and carefully renovated, ensures quality comfort. Exposed stonework and fireplace give it an authentic charm. Garden, terrace and barn-game room invite you to relax, as do the spa and sauna to be booked: €180 2-3 nights, €265 4-7 nights. Our Grand Gite, rated 4 épis, has the Tourism and Disability label. The space The house includes on the ground floor: - large entrance with coat rack - open kitchen - large room with exposed beams including living area with serving hatch open to the kitchen and sitting area with open fireplace - wellness room with jacuzzi-spa and sauna accessible as an option to be paid upon arrival: 2-3 night package: 180 euros Package 4 to 7 nights: 265 euros - Separate toilet - in the part overlooking the village square is the sleeping area: 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room with toilet to disability standards. - a laundry room (washing machine, dryer and drying rack, plus all the products and utensils necessary for the household) Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. All rooms are closed by shutters, wooden or electric. Cleaning can be done after your stay for a flat rate of €180. Upon request before your arrival, we provide bathroom linen (1 towel and a bath sheet) for €5 per person. Guest access We give you the keys and you have access to the whole house, the barn, game room and garden. On the other hand, if you haven't booked the wellness package, you don't have access to the room where the jacuzzi spa and sauna are located.
