The architecturally designed, light filled, warm and spacious with fully double glazed featuring both wood fired and gas cooking facilities. The home is split into the main residence comprised of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, study, large open plan kitchen living and lounge space which is connected via a covered breezeway to a 2 bedroom guest wing with second bathroom and toilet, lounge and kitchenette. The house is fully off-grid powered by fully automated 13.5 kw pf solar panels, 750 amp hour gel lead acid battery system diesel generator as backup. Outside the house, a beautiful hand crafted outdoor fire pit, wildlife and bushviews galore. You're free to explore the whole property including Caves. The house is accessed by a well maintained gravel driveway that weaves through the centre of the property and connects pasture areas in the north and south of the property. The driveway is steep in parts and is suitable for 2WD car, but not suitable for people movers, caravans or classic cars. The wider property is conservation covenanted having high conservation value on limestone karst. It holds many unique natural features including 3 mapped and tagged caves and is home to abundant, diverse and rare wildlife such as wombats, devils, bettongs, echidnas, quolls, eastern barred bandicoot, masked owls, wedge tail eagles and white goshawks.
