The vacation apartment Urlaubsglück in the Zeppelinstraße house in Lindau offers 80 m² of modern comfort for up to three people. An open living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, floor-level shower, balcony with lake view as well as Wi-Fi and parquet flooring provide a pleasant ambience. The central location allows short distances to shopping, restaurants and the lake. The 80 m² apartment on the 2nd floor is equipped for two people and offers a double bed. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for children under three. An elevator in the building takes you comfortably from the ground floor to the first floor, free Wi-Fi is of course available. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, small desk and dresser. Triple insulated windows with electrically controlled blinds ensure a good night's sleep, while a modern ventilation system automatically ensures a pleasant indoor climate. Right next to the bedroom is a modern shower room with a walk-in shower and a washing machine with a dryer function. From the hallway, you can access the walk-in closet. All rooms are equipped with high-quality parquet or tiles. On the balcony you can spend relaxing hours or enjoy a cozy barbecue evening with the electric grill. In the immediate vicinity you will find a supermarket directly in the house, bakery, butcher and numerous restaurants. The historic churches and the market square of Lindau are also just a few steps away, and on Wednesdays and Saturdays the weekly market also attracts visitors. Experience Lindau at its best even in the off-season! In winter, the romantic Lindau harbor Christmas attracts with atmospheric lighting, regional specialties and cozy market stalls directly on the shores of Lake Constance. You also benefit from the practical connection to the ski resorts in Vorarlberg and Allgäu – thanks to direct train connections, you can be on the slopes in a short time and enjoy the perfect combination of Lake Constance and Alpine feeling. Amenities for a completely carefree stay: Upon arrival, you will find freshly made beds, carefully prepared hand, shower and dish towels, as well as a starter package with cleaning, rinsing and hygiene items. Final cleaning, bed linen and a set of towels per person per week are included in the price; additional towel sets can be booked at any time if required. The visitor's tax is calculated separately and paid to the municipality. Important notes: Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in this property. Flexible arrival and departure seven days a week is possible, and the existing key safe means nothing stands in the way of a late arrival. The apartment does not have its own parking space, but you can easily drive to the front door for loading and unloading. Upon arrival, you will receive the Echt-Bodensee-Card, with which you can travel freely by bus and train in the area of the Lake Constance-Oberschwaben Transport Association (bodo). Since March 2024, the train traffic that previously parked in front of the building has been moved to the mainland. Thus, you can now enjoy your time out completely undisturbed – without noise or visual impairment from parked trains in front of the balconies.
