This cozy 6-person vacation home (75 m2) is located in a monumental farmhouse with 12 other vacation homes, a restaurant, an attractive "cour-terrace" and a playground and picnic meadow. It has its own terrace with panoramic views over the valley. Quiet and child-friendly, but only 10 minutes from the famous Valkenburg, 15 minutes from the 3-country point in Vaals and 20 minutes from Aachen. Located in the middle of the nature reserve "Land van Kalk", there is also plenty to do and see for everyone. The space This 6-person house of 75 m2 consists of 2 floors. GROUND FLOOR On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a sitting area and dining area. The dining area has a modern kitchen that is equipped with all comforts, including a dishwasher. The toilet is also located on the ground floor. OUTDOOR TERRACE WITH A VIEW LOCATED AT CATERING TERRACE The living room is directly adjacent to the outdoor terrace with wide views over the large meadow that belongs to the complex and the Limburg landscape. There you can enjoy a dinner and a drink. If you are with children, they can play to their heart's content in the meadow, and you can still keep an eye on them. FLOOR The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor. There are 3 bedrooms, 1st bedroom with a king size box spring bed (180x200) with pocket spring mattress and integrated extra topper of 8 cm, which guarantees the best sleeping comfort, plus an extra bed of 90x200. 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds (90*200) 3rd bedroom has 1 bed (90*200) The bathroom has a sink and shower while the toilet is located in a separate toilet room on the ground floor. Guest access The entire house including outdoor terrace is only for your private use. The large playground and picnic lawn is accessible to all guests of the 13 vacation homes. In the cozy authentic courtyard of this monumental farmhouse, there is a terrace where guests can sit and have a drink and eat. There is an ice cream shop and a counter to order food and drinks. In addition, there is a restaurant in the farm, where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is also a shop with local products in the courtyard. Parking is free in the complex's private parking lots. Other things to note The house is located in a renovated monumental farmhouse from 1772. This offers atmosphere and coziness while the thick walls provide coolness in summer and warmth in winter. We expect our guests to treat our belongings, the building and the surroundings with respect, as we do with our guests. Therefore, parties, gatherings and noise are prohibited. Smoking is not allowed inside. Dogs are allowed.
