Escape to Riverview Landing — a serene, spacious retreat with a stunning pool, lush private subtropical gardens, and a private boat ramp in the Waipapa Landing Basin for kayaking the Kerikeri Inlet. Stylishly furnished, the home offers comfortable spaces to easily accommodate eight, plus a fully equipped kitchen for a relaxing, carefree stay. We were hosted on Airbnb by Bachcare, but we are now hosting the property ourselves. Note: Parties and gatherings are not permitted The space The lounge and dining room have direct access to the deck/pool area through ranch sliders and have ample seating for up to 8 guests. Three of the four bedrooms (1x King & 2x Queens) have direct access to the deck/pool area through ranch sliders (with sliding insect screens). The fourth bedroom has a single boat shaped bed and king single bunks with insect screens on the windows. The dedicated office workspace is located on an open mezzanine above the kitchen/dining area and has a great water view of Waipapa landing. The private garden is a wonderful space to explore with a meandering grass pathway to the private tidal boat ramp at the bottom, perfect for launching the kayaks provided. There are 2x Kayaks available to use; 1x 2+1 (takes 2x adults and 1 child) and 1x single. There is access to the garage, which has a table tennis table available for use. For the energy conscious - the house is mostly power by solar energy. Sorry, the charging of EV's is not permitted at the property. Riverview Landing is located about 30 minutes from the world-renowned Kauri Cliffs golf course, 35 minutes from the beautiful Matauri Bay, 3 minutes from the historic Stone Store, 5 minutes from Kerikeri shops, 30 minutes from Paihia. The cleaning fee includes the supply of professionally laundered sheets and towels. Towels are available for use on the property only, please provide your own beach towels. The linens supplied are: Sheets/pillowcases on the beds 2x towels / person Hand towels Face cloths Bath mats Teatowels If additional linens are required, please advise when booking (additional costs may apply). Guest access There are some areas of the house that are locked and unavailable to guests, but guests have access to all the areas as shown and described. Other things to note * Parties and gatherings are not permitted * * Charging of EV's at the property is not permitted * * There are some life jackets available for use with the Kayaks, but we recommend providing your own to ensure a good fit. A reasonable amount of fitness and common sense is required for using the kayaks.
