Welcome, to rural NY , this is a 1 bedroom apartment in our 100 year old family farm house, only a mile from Attica village with shops and dining options. We are a start up elderberry farm situated in rural NY The suite is within an hour of buffalo, Rochester and Niagara Falls. 40 minutes from Letchworth state park And only about 10 minutes from Darian lake theme park The space perfect stay for a couple or a couple with a child ,there is a queen bed in the bedroom as well as a day bed in the living room, please note there is no door on the bedroom, due to the hallway configuration, small eat in kitchen, there is a fire pit in the backyard, and firewood for sale on the property.
