Guest access - Guests have access to the entire villa and premises except the kitchen. We have a cook to handle all meal requirements and hence guests do not have kitchen access. - Parents of infants can access the kitchen for baby meals with prior approval Other things to note - The last 500 meters of the approach road is patchy. We recommend traveling with an SUV for a smoother experience - Diesel Charges: Diesel charges will be applicable at ₹600 per hour. The first 3 hours after a power cut are complimentary post 3 hours use, Diesel charges are to be paid by guests at actuals. - Vehicle Registration: All guests and their vehicles (including staff, if applicable) must be registered at the gate. Please park vehicles in the designated parking area and avoid parking on the internal access road. - Gated Community: Rosé by the Lake is located within a gated community. - Guests are not permitted to roam outside the villa or access areas beyond the designated spaces. - Noise Restrictions: Please refrain from playing loud music or engaging in loud conversations on the porches and gardens. Parties after 10 pm are not encouraged. - Vehicle Courtesy: Guests are requested not to use car horns or reverse alarms while driving or parking at the property. - Property Etiquette: Plucking grapes from the vineyard, as well as fruits or flowers from any garden, is prohibited. - Waste Management: Please ensure that the surroundings are kept clean and refrain from littering. - OUTSIDE FOOD IS NOT ALLOWED - Community Code of Conduct: The community has a strict code of conduct for all guests. Kindly adhere to the same. A copy of the rules is available at the villa and can be provided upon request. - Meals for Jain Guests: Meals can be prepared without ginger, onion, garlic, or potatoes for our Jain guests upon prior request. - Internet Connectivity: We provide a Jio Dongle with a 2 Mbps speed. However, internet connectivity may be affected due to factors such as tree falls, heavy rains, or other causes due to the villa’s unique location. - External Area Access: Guests are not allowed to roam in the external area as it is within a gated community. The lawn area is accessible for strolling. - CCTV Surveillance: Please note that CCTV cameras have been installed in the living room and lawns of the property for safety purposes.
