The space Private exterior entrance with electronic lock (code changes for every guest). This space is separated from the main house (where owners live) by a large mudroom which is double locked on both sides - the guest unit locks from inside on both the exterior door & the door accessing the mudroom area. High speed private guest internet network (Astound Broadband) Makes working, writing, creating, or streaming from this inspiring space easy. Photos under the library section of the photo album are secluded outdoor spaces great for reading, writing, art, yoga or simple, quiet reflection in the shade amongst the trees. 2 friendly Dogs (Labrador and Beagle) on Site 2 minutes from downtown Manchester waterfront (park, pier, boat launch, restaurants, Seattle view, store,etc). * FISHERMAN, FOR A SMALL ADDITIONAL FEE YOU ARE WELCOME TO BRING YOUR BOAT AND PARK YOUR ENTIRE RIG INSIDE OF OUR SECURE SPACE WHERE YOU DO NOT NEED TO UNLOAD EVERYTHING AND CAN JUST WAKE UP IN THE MORNING AND IMMEDIATELY GO TO THE LAUNCH RAMP (WHICH IS TWO MINUTES AWAY). Fish cleaning/fillet station as well as crab boil station (both outdoors) can also be made available* 3 minutes from Manchester State Park (hiking trails, beach, picnic area, camping) 7 minutes from downtown Port Orchard waterfront (restaurants, shopping, farmers market, etc). 8 minutes to Southworth Ferry to Seattle (fast ferry to downtown Seattle & standard ferry to west Seattle) 12mins to Bremerton Naval shipyard (Naval base Kitsap). Complimentary Trader Joe’s microwave popcorn & hot cocoa also provided at no additional charge. If you would like your refrigerator stocked with your favorite groceries upon your arrival message us your list. Guest pays actual receipt cost + $35 service fee (cash upon check in). No alcohol or restricted items -If main Gate to property is closed please re-close upon exit or entry -Monocular/spotting scope in unit for bird & wildlife watching. 🦌 -2 mins to Manchester Boat Launch 🚤. Boat welcome on property during rental for small addtl fee. Salmon, Crab 🦀, and Ling Cod 🐟 all within minutes of Manchester Boat Launch. -if you have garbage that needs to be taken out, feel free to leave the bag outside your front door and it will be picked up. -charcoal and lighter fluid provided for large Weber grill on your patio. - Complimentary sleep masks provided on your nightstand along with bottled water -must like dogs as you will likely run into our friendly lab/golden mix & beagle on the property. -you will hear our rooster 🐔crowing from the chicken coop which is located adjacent to the barn. 10% discount to Military, Police, Fire, & Nurses 🇺🇸 20% discount to USMC.
