In a small green area, close to the Dolce Via, in the heart of the Ardèche Mountains (8 km from Lamastre and 14 km from Cheylard). Whether you want to relax, contemplate or do sports, everything is possible. This typical Ardèche house is on a 5 hectare plot (wood, meadow and river). A barrel-shaped sauna will allow you to relax, as well as an outdoor shower for the bravest. A 2-seater cabin will enchant your nights, a unique moment of reconnection to nature. The space House of about 120m2, a beautiful living room, 4 bedrooms, one bathroom and 2 toilets. The large south-facing outdoor terrace as well as the appenti will allow you to have a good time. A plancha, a garden table, a ping pong table are available to brighten up your stay. The sauna and barrel-shaped hut will give you unforgettable sensations in an idyllic setting. A wood-fired pizza oven outside will allow you to make delicious pizzas for fun evenings with friends. Nature lovers will be delighted. A river at the bottom of the land will allow you to cool off in peace and relax, what a joy in perspective... The dolce via about 1km away will delight walkers, cyclists. A very nice cycle path network is set up. The famous Mastrou tourist steam train will delight your stay (10 minutes from the house).
